Shipping Policy
At Maglock Gear, we ship fast and smart—because waiting isn’t your thing, and gear should never slow you down.
We do everything in our power to make sure your order arrives on time and in top form. Here’s how we roll:
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once packed and scanned, you’ll get a tracking number straight to your inbox.
Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Delivery speed can vary depending on your location, customs, or carrier performance.
Customs & Import Duties
If your order is shipping internationally, please note:
- You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- These charges are not included in your checkout total
- Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control
Address Responsibility
You’re responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Maglock Gear is not liable for:
- Parcels delivered to the wrong address due to input error
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Lost or stolen parcels after delivery is confirmed by the courier
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Delivery Conditions
Our delivery partners may leave your parcel in a secure location if no one is home. If that’s not suitable, consider shipping to a work address or PO box (if supported in your area).
