Returns & Refunds Policy

At Maglock Gear, we back every product we sell—because we only ship gear we’d use ourselves. If something’s off, we’re here to fix it.

You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Simple as that.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All original tags must be intact
- You must have proof of purchase (email receipt or invoice)

If your item arrives used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, we reserve the right to deny the return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@maglockgear.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- A photo if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (where applicable) and instructions on where to send it.

Note: Returns sent without authorization won’t be accepted.

What You Can’t Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Used personal care gear (e.g., water bottles, sweat accessories)
- Perishables
- Flammable or hazardous materials
- Gift cards
- Sale items (clearance, marked-down stock)

If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, shoot us a message first.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?
The fastest route is to return your current item, and once approved, place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
1. Snap a photo
2. Email info@maglockgear.com
3. We'll fix it—fast.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you of the outcome within 5 business days
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Some banks or card providers take longer to reflect the funds. If it’s been more than 15 business days, drop us a line at info@maglockgear.com.

Legal & Discretion Clause

We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not meet our conditions
- Charge a restocking fee in rare cases where goods were returned used or incomplete (you’ll be notified)
- Update this policy without prior notice, in line with Shopify or legal compliance changes
